With the use of newly developed tools (rooted from old techniques) Mel is able to strengthen bodies in the convenience of a client’s home.  He can even train small groups.  Strength training is not about bodybuilding (although it can be), it is more about conditioning the body to execute your favorite activity efficiently.  Whether that is tennis, golf, surfing or paddle boarding.  The right conditioning makes your fun activities just more fun.

All equipment is provided for a single client or a group of ten.  All that is needed is your space.  The exercise equipment ranges from TRX suspension gym, kettle bells, medicine balls, fit ball, BOSU, dumbbells, and battle ropes.
