Background:

I'm a wife and mother, that found a passion for training. I was never into sports or very physically active in my life and I did not struggle with my weight until I had my son. It was then that I realized how difficult it was to carry around an extra 25 pounds and not being able to fit into any of my clothing. That’s when I started my long and hard journey of weight loss. After 5 months of lots of hard work and dedication to strict diet and exercise plan I lost the extra weight and reached my goal. Having to do all that hard work by myself was a lot harder than I thought it would ever be. By going though that experience I found my interest in exercise, health and passion for training. Now I want to help people with the extra weight to get healthy and feel great starting from the outside in.

Training Philosophy:

I believe a trainer should be a good communicator who is approachable and available to his/her clients. I aim to design fitness programs that educate individuals on the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. As a trainer through commitment and hard work I inspire my clients towards achieving health and fitness goals. My goal for my clients is to design a unique, enjoyable and challenging program.

I believe that losing weight is not just temporarily going down in weight instead I want to teach my clients to keep the weight off for a more happier, healthier life! Weight loss is not just a physical transformation but a lifestyle change as well, if you are physically healthy then other aspects of your life will be healthier also. By teaching my clients to do one thing every day to better their health and fitness, makes it easier for them to adapt to a healthier lifestyle. I want to educate my clients so that when they achieve their goals and go off on their own, they will be able to have the knowledge they need in order to maintain their fitness achievements.
