Background:

Athletics has always been a part of my life. Involvement in football and basketball in high school to college leagues have always been important to me. Growing up in Los Angeles, sports were always the positive avenue to channel my energy. After college I worked for Gold’s gym. I became part of the 24 hour fitness team a year later. Holding positions as Certified Personal Trainer, Apex Fitness Professional, Fitness Manager and General Manager I worked with 24hour fitness for 8.5 yrs. I also had the pleasure of working at California Family Fitness for a short period of time as well. I am currently the owner of Elite Fitness and Performance (located within the Better Fit Fitness Center facility). We change the lives of our clients through skilled training techniques and specific goal oriented programs.

Vision:

I have been changing peoples' lives through fitness for over 14 years. I am dedicated to creating balance, focus, and wellness for all clients. I am selective about the clients we accept into the training program. Due to the desire, discipline, and determination it requires to reach fitness goals, we must have a mutual client/trainer commitment. Using the techniques with Elite Fitness and Performance we can soften the blow by making workouts fun, challenging, and a bit different each time.

Our mission is to change the lives of the clients we serve by creating balanced focus and wellness through fitness. We are committed to creating unique programs that include emotional, spiritual and physical growth. Our overall focus is to improve personal and overall health and well-being.
